There will be 2 new types of Adult classes starting in Feb 2010 Stretching and Flexibility, Fitness Workout Both classes will be available for anyone willing to try and if your looking to get fit, tone up and increase flexibility these classes are for you. Stretching and Flexibility Will help improve and increase flexibility in all major muscle groups. This class uses a combination of stretches used in gymnastics, yoga and Pilates. It will suit all levels of flexibility Fitness Workout If you’re looking to improve fitness, tone up and improve core and abdominal strength this is the class for you. The class includes Cardio, resistance, abs and stretching all in 1 hour. So if you are looking to get fit and need some motivation or would like to try something different to a normal gym where you would work out come and try this class. All levels of fitness welcome even if you feel you don’t have any.
